Collar bone backup
- Just sit on the floor and sit with your back straight and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Now relax your hands above your knees and straighten your neck and back.
- Now gently move your head back and forth so that your head is always level with the ground.

Neck curl up
- Begin by lying flat on the floor with your back flat on the floor and your knees up to a 90-degree angle.
- Raise your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
- Bring your chin to your chest by pulling your chin in, keeping your chin tucked in to lift your head off the ground a few inches, then slowly lower it back to the floor
- Do not lift your shoulders, simply pull and lift your head using your neck muscles.
- Start with three sets of ten neck twists, which you can gradually increase.
- Go slow and remember to reduce the number of sets if you feel pain or soreness.

- To start the exercise, sit cross-legged on the floor and straighten your back.
- Stretch your jaw forward and lift your lower lip over your upper lip, hold this position for 10 seconds, then bring your chin back to a relaxed position.
- Repeat this exercise in 3 sets of 15.
Tongue twister
- Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth directly behind your teeth.
- Push with your tongue to completely close the roof of your mouth and add tension.
- Start buzzing and making a vibrating sound. This will activate the muscles.
- Complete 3 sets of 15.
Vowel sounds
- Open your mouth and say "O" and "E".
- Make sure not to touch the teeth during these movements.
- Do 3 sets of 15.
